What can I bring or not bring?

Are pets allowed in to the Airshow?

Only service animals will be allowed through the gate. No other pets of any kind will be allowed. Due to the extremely warm temperatures in Central Oregon during the summer months, do not leave your animals in your vehicle while you attend the airshow. (Note: Please bring your service animal registration to the Guest Services tent for verification.  Your service animal will then be given a special designation to be on Airshow grounds.)

 

I made a mistake when placing my online ticket order, what do I do?

What if there’s inclement weather?
There are lots of things to see and do at the Airshow of the Cascades, including the phenomenal Erickson Aircraft Collection. There are no refunds or exchanges.

May I leave and re-enter the Airshow?
Yes, but make sure you keep your wristband on or have your hand stamped at the gate first.

Do Veterans get into the Airshow free?
Yes! As a tribute for your service, our sponsors have generously agreed to provide for your General Admission entrance fee. Please show your military ID at the gate as your "ticket." Thank you for your service.

Do kids get into the Airshow free?
Children ​5 and under receive free General Admission entrance to the airshow which includes admission to the onsite Erickson Aircraft Collection. Please note that this free General Admission entrance does not include entrance to the Chalets or any other reserved areas that require an additional charge. If you would like to purchase a Chalet pass for your child, please visit our Ticketing page. ​Also note that the Chalets and Premier areas are limited in quantity and may not be available at the gate, so purchasing your tickets prior to the event will help guarantee you get the tickets you prefer. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I purchase tickets at the event?
Yes. We can accept VISA, MasterCard and Debit cards, or cash. There are ATM's onsite. Please visit our Guest Services tent.

Will you accept credit cards at the event?
Yes. We can accept VISA, MasterCard and Debit cards, but if you want to avoid the lines, consider purchasing your tickets prior to the show by visiting our Ticketing page.

 

Will you have an ATM onsite?
Yes. In addition, the Airshow and our vendors will make every effort to accommodate debit and credit cards, but due to the airport's remote location, cash will always be your best bet. 

Do I need to bring my own chair?
You must bring your own chair if you are purchasing General Admission tickets. If you are purchasing one of our Chalet Packages or ​Premier Seating packages you do not need to bring your own chair.


Are there shaded areas?
There are no shaded areas in the General Admission area. However, there are limited areas of shade near the food vendors. You can also upgrade your ticket package to a VIP or Ron Och's Chalet package that includes many wonderful amenities including shaded seating areas (the VIP Chalet is right along the flight line!). Smoking:
For safety reasons, smoking is not allowed on Airshow grounds. There are a few areas where smoking is allowed. These areas will be clearly identified and compliance will be strictly enforced.
