The 2009 Show is really taking shape, we are excited to again have Bud & Ross Granley performing, along with Dan Buchanan. We are thrilled to add Rob Harrison, The Tumbling Bear and are waiting for a few more and will add their links as soon as they are confirmed.
The Madras Airport built during WWII, with its historic hangers and majestic views of the Cascades Mountains makes for a venue that is unmatched. Located in Central Oregon, Madras is adjacent to the communities and resorts of Bend, Redmond, Prineville and Sisters and a short drive from Eugene, Portland and even the Seattle areas. Hotels and resorts are plentiful to make a trip to The Airshow of the Cascades a true family vacation. The Cross Keys Inn located in Madras is the host hotel for this years event, with other options available including the Kah-nee-ta Resort, Best Western Madras Inn and Sonny’s Motel.
Admission is only $5 per day for adults and kids 12 and under are free. There are limited VIP passes available for an additional $20. This will give you access to a covered area along the show line, chairs and refreshments. Parking is free. Helicopter and Airplane rides will be available for additional fees.
